Environmental Films Australia is a volunteer-run community group based in Naarm (Melbourne) that promotes action through cinema, community and connection. We prioritise climate and environments through film, provide platforms for artists to showcase their work, and create space for people to connect and exchange solutions.

Previously known as Environmental Film Festival Australia.

Our team is based across Australia but our heart is in Wurundjeri Country. We pay our respects to Wurundjeri Elders, past and present, as well as to all Traditional Custodians across Australia. We recognise that our festival takes place on stolen lands and that sovereignty has never been ceded. There will be no climate justice without First Nations justice. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
