Environmental Films Australia (EFFA) is a volunteer charity and community group, predominantly based in Naarm. Our General Committee meets twice monthly in North Melbourne. Our Programming Team is based across Australia.

We’re a small team, so you’ll get a chance to get involved in lots of different areas and will have a lot of autonomy. Self-starters and keen beans will particularly thrive.

In return, you’ll receive free tickets to screenings, the opportunity to network with other festivals, a chance to play a big part in EFFA’s development, and gain knowledge and experience in the thriving Naarm Arts scene.
