Clifford (16), Ahmani (13) and Nicholas (13), three teenagers from Atlanta, enlist in the after school Wilderness Works program where they attempt to traverse the mountains of Colorado, the adventure serving as a unique therapy for each teen as they grapple with their own personal struggles.

Tackling the astonishingly beautiful but treacherous Maroon Bells Wilderness alongside their mentor Bill, this inspiring team confront 12,000ft snowcapped peaks, imposing altitudes and rapid rivers.
